Mode Con trol (Air Direction )
Mod e control allow s you to choose
Bi-Level Mode
Air is directed throu gh the panel and floor outlets.

tion. You can select either a prim ary
mode, as identified by the sym bols, or
a blend of two of these modes. The
closer the control is to a particu lar
mode, the more air distribu tion you
receive from that mode.
Pan el Mode
Air is directed throu gh the outlets in the instru ment
NOTE: There is a difference in tem peratu re (in any
cond itions other than full cold or full hot), betw een the
upper and lower outlets for added comfort. The warm er
air goes to the floor outlets. This featu re gives improved
comfort during sunny but cool cond itions.

Floor Mode
Air is directed throu gh the floor outlets with a
small amount throu gh the defrost and side wind ow
demist outlets.

Mix Mode
NOTE: For maxim um airflow to the rear, the center
instru ment panel outlets can be directed tow ard the rear
seat passengers.

wind ow demist outlets. This setting works best in
cold or snow y cond itions that requ ire extra heat at
the wind shield . This setting is good for maintaining
comfort, while red ucing moistu re on the wind shield .
