STARTING AND OPERATING
Gross  Axle  Weigh t Ratin g (GAWR)
Rim  Size
The GAWR is the maxim um  capacity  of the front and  rear    This  is  the  rim  size that   is approp  riate  for  the  tire size
axles.  Distribu te  the  load  over  the  front  and   rear  axles    listed .
evenly.  Make sure  that  you  do not  exceed  either  front or
rear  GAWR.
Inflation   Pressu re
This is the cold  tire inflation  pressu re for  you r vehicle, for
all load ing  cond itions up  to  full GAWR.

Curb  Weigh t
The curb  weight  of a vehicle is defined  as the  total weight
of the vehicle  with all fluids,  inclu ding vehicle  fuel, at full
capacity   cond itions,   and  with   no   occupants   or  cargo
load ed into  the  vehicle.  The  front  and  rear  curb  weight
valu es  are  determ ined  by  weighing   you r  vehicle  on  a
Becau se the  fron t wheels  drive   and steer  the  veh icle,
it is  importan  t that  you  do  not  exceed  the  maxim um
fron t or  rear  GAWR. A  dangerou  s drivin  g condition
can resu lt  if eith er ratin  g is exceed ed.  You could  lose
control  of  the  veh icle and  have  an  accid ent.

Tire  Size
The tire  size on the  Vehicle Certification   Label rep resents
the  actu al  tire  size  on  you r vehicle.   Replacem ent  tires
must  be equ al to  the  load  capacity  of this  tire size.
