Twist the head lamp bulb and pull the bulb from the
WARN ING!
A tran sien t high voltage occurs at the bulb sock ets of
High Inten sity Disch arge (HID) head lam ps when the
head lam p switch is turned ON. It may cause seriou s
electrical shock or electrocu tion if not serviced prop -
erly. See you r authorized dealer for service.

Install the new head lamp bulb and twist until locked
CAUTIO N!
Do not tou ch the new bulb with you r fin gers. Oil
contam ination will severely shorten bulb life. If the
bulb comes in contact with an oily surface, clean the
bulb with rubbing alcoh ol.
NOTE: On vehicles equ ipped with High Intensity Dis-
charge (HID) head lamps, when the head lamps are
turned on, there is a blue hu e to the lamps. This dimin-
ishes and becom es more white after approxim ately

second s, as the system charges.
5. Reconnect the wiring connector to the bulb.
