Drivin g with the liftgate open can allow poison ous
exhaust gases into you r veh icle. You and you r pas-
sen gers could be injured by these fumes. Keep the
liftgate closed when you are operatin g the veh icle.

ILLUMINATED ENTRY
The interior lights come on when you open any door.
They will rem ain on for abou t 30 second s after all doors
are closed then fade to off.
Liftgate Flipper Glass
The lights also will fade to off if you turn on the ignition
after you close all the doors.
The liftgate flipper glass is also unlocked when the
liftgate is unlocked . To open the flipper glass, push up on
the wind ow switch located on the liftgate. Once the
liftgate flipper glass has been opened , connection to the
rear wind ow wiper is interru pted , preventing activation
of the rear wiper blad e while the flipper glass is open.
DOOR AND LIFTGATE LOCKS
NOTE: The master key that is used to start the vehicle is
used to lock or unlock the driver’s door. To unlock the
driver’s door insert the key into the lock and turn.
NOTE: If a power malfunction to the power liftgate
