Headlight Time Delay
There is also a featu re that delays turning off the vehicle
lights for 30, 60, or 90 second s after the ignition switch is
turned OFF. To activate the head light delay, the multi-
function control lever must be rotated to the “Off”
position after the ignition switch is turned OFF. Only the
head lights will illuminate during this time. See “Over-
head Console” in this section to turn this featu re “On/
Off” or set the time interval.
WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND WASHERS
The front and rear wipers and washers are operated by a
switch in the right side control lever. Turn the end of the
control lever to select “Lo,” “Hi,” or one of the five speed
sensitive interm ittent wind shield wiper speed s. Refer to
“Speed Sensitive Interm ittent Wiper System ” in this
section. For inform ation on the rear wiper and washer
refer to “Rear Wind ow Featu res” in this section.
NOTE: Alw ays rem ove any build-up of snow that
prevents the wind shield wiper blad es from retu rning to
the OFF position. If the wind shield wiper switch is
turned off and the blad es cannot retu rn to the OFF
position, damage to the wiper motor may occur.
To use the washer, pull the lever tow ard you and hold
while spray is desired . If the lever is pulled while in the
