UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR  VEHICLE
restraint   to all  positions,   excep t the  full-down   position.
To lower  the head  restraint   to the full-down   position,  the
button  does  not have  to be pushed   in. The restraints   may
be raised   withou t pushing   in the  button.
WARN ING!
It  is extrem ely  dangerou  s  to rid e in  a  cargo  area,
insid e   or  outsid  e  of  a   veh icle.  In   a  collision  ,
peop le rid ing  in  these  areas  are more  lik ely  to be
seriou sly  injured   or killed  .
Do  not  allow  peop  le to  rid e in  any  area  of  you r
veh icle  that  is  not  equipped    with  seats  and   seat
belts.
Be sure  everyon  e in  you r veh icle  is in  a seat  and
usin g a  seat  belt  prop erly.
Head Restraints
Head  restraints  can  red uce the  risk of whip lash  injury  in
the   event   of  impact   from   the   rear.  Adjustable    head
restraints  shou ld  be adjusted  so  that the  upper  edge  is as
high   as  practical.   The  head   restraints   have   a  locking
button   which   must   be  pushed    in  to  lower   the   head
