TILT/TELESCOPING STEERING COLUMN
This   featu re  allow s  you   to   tilt  the   steering    column
upward   or downw  ard . It also  allow s you to  lengthen  or
shorten  the  steering  column.  The  tilt/ telescop ing  control
hand le is  located  below  the steering   wheel  at the  end  of
the  steering  column.
To unlock   the  steering   column,  pull  the  control   hand le
outward  . To tilt  the  steering  column,   move  the  steering
wheel  upward   or  downw ard  as  desired . To  lengthen  or
shorten   the   steering   column,   pull   the  steering   wheel
outward  or  push it inw ard  as desired . To lock the steering
column  in position,  push  the  control  hand le inw ard until
fully  engaged .

WARN ING!
Do not  adjust   the steerin  g wheel   while  drivin g.  The
telescop ing  adjustm  ent  must   be  lock ed while   driv-
ing.  Adjustin  g  the  steerin g  wheel  while   drivin  g or
drivin g  with out  the   telescop ing  adjustm  ent  lock ed
could  cause  the  driver  to  lose  control  of the  veh icle.
