Road cond itions and you r kind of driving affect the
interval at which you r oil shou ld be changed . Check the
follow ing list to see if any apply to you .
NOTE: Und er no circumstances shou ld oil change
intervals exceed 6,000 miles (10 000 km) or 6 months,
whichever comes first.

Engin e Oil Selection
Extensive engine idling.
For best perform ance and maxim um protection und er all
typ es of operating cond itions, the manu factu re only
recom mend s engine oils that are API certified and meet
the requ irem ents of Daim lerChrysler Material Stand ard
MS-6395.
Driving in dusty cond itions.
Short trip s of less than 10 miles (16 km).
More than 50% of you r driving is at sustained high
speed s during hot weather, above 90°F (32°C).
