The panic alarm will stay on for 3 minu tes unless you
turn it off by either pressing the PANIC button a second
time or drive the vehicle at a speed of 15 mph (24 km/ h)
or greater.
Battery Replacement
The recom mend ed rep lacem ent battery is CR2032.
NOTE: Do not tou ch the battery term inals that are on
the back hou sing or the printed circuit board .

With the transm itter buttons facing downw ard , re-

The interior lights will turn off if you turn the ignition
switch to the ACC or ON position while the panic
alarm is activated . However, the exterior lights and
horn will rem ain on.
2. Separate the two halves of the transm itter with a flat
blad e tool. Do not damage the rubber seal during re-
moval.

You may need to be less than 23 feet (7 meters) from
the vehicle when using the transm itter to turn off the
panic alarm due to the rad io frequ ency noises emitted
by the system .
Programming Additional Transmitters
Refer to SENTRY KEY “Cu stom er Key Program ming.”
(See page 14 for more inform ation.)
If you do not have a program med transm itter, contact
you r dealer for details.
