UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE
To Activate:
To turn  the  system   OFF, push  the  lever  inw ard (tow ard
the  steering  column)  again  and  release.  At this  time,  the
system   will  turn  off  and  the   EVIC will  display   “ACC
OFF.”
Push  the speed  control  lever  inw ard (tow ard the  steering
column)  and  release  (“ON / OFF”). The ACC menu  in  the
EVIC displays   “ACC READY.”
WARN ING!
Leavin g the  Adaptive   Cru ise  Con trol  (ACC) system
on when   not in  use is  dangerou  s. You could  accid en-
tally  set  the  system  or cause  it  to go  faster  than  you
want.  You  could  lose  control   and  have   an accid ent.
Alw ays leave  the  system  OFF when  you  aren ’t usin g
it.
