Windshield Wiper Operation
Rotate the end of the lever to the second detent for Low
speed wiper operation, or to the third detent for High
speed operation.
Intermittent Wiper System
Use the interm ittent wiper when weather cond itions
make a single wiping cycle, with a variable pause be-
tween cycles, desirable. Rotate the end of the lever to the
first detent position, then turn the end of the lever to
select the desired delay interval. There are 6 possible
delay wiper positions. The delay can be regu lated from a
maxim um of approxim ately 23 second s betw een cycles,
to a cycle every second .
Win dshield Wash er Fluid Reservoir
The washer fluid reservoir will hold a full gallon of fluid
when “Low Washer Fluid” (Electronic Vehicle Inform a-
tion Center equ ipped vehicles), or the low washer sym -
bol (non Electronic Vehicle Inform ation Center equ ipped
vehicles) appears in the instru ment cluster.
Adding Washer Fluid
The wind shield washer fluid reservoir is located in the
front of the engine compartm ent on the passenger side
and shou ld be checked for fluid level at regu lar intervals.
Fill the reservoir with wind shield washer solvent (not
rad iator antifreeze) and operate the system for a few
second s to flush out the resid ual water.
