To activate the UConnect™ system from idle, simply
press the ’Phone’ button and follow audible prom pts for
directions. All UConnect™ system sessions begin with a
press of the ’Phone’ button on the mirror.
• Press the ’Phone’ button to begin.

After the ЉRead yЉ prom pt and the follow ing beep , say
ЉSetup Phone Pairing.Љ

When prom pted , after the voice on beep , say ЉPair a
Phone.Љ

At any prom pt, after the voice on beep , you can say
ЉCancelЉ and you will be retu rned to the main menu .
However, in a few instances the system will take you
back to the previou s menu .

enter any four-digit pin nu mber. You will not need to
rem ember this pin nu mber after the initial pairing
process.
Pair (Link) UCon nect™ System to a Cellu lar Phone
To begin using you r UConnect™ system , you must pair
you r compatible Bluetooth™ enabled cellular phone (re-
fer to ЉIntrod uctionЉ section to learn abou t the phone
typ e). To complete the pairing process, you will need to
reference you r cellular phone owner’s manu al. One of the
follow ing vehicle specific websites may also provid e
detailed instru ctions for pairing with the brand of phone
that you have:
• Thethe celluUConnect™lar phonesystempairingwill pthenrocesspromonptyouyour tocellubeginlar
phone. Before attem pting to pair phone, please see
you r cellular phone’s user manu al (Bluetooth section)
for instru ctions on how to complete this step .

For identification purposes, you will be prom pted to
give the UConnect™ system a nam e for you r cellular
phone. Each cellular phone that is paired shou ld be
given a uniqu e phone nam e.
