Press and hold the button in the center of the sunroof
switch to open the vent. The sunroof can be stop ped at
any position betw een closed and full vent. To close the
sunroof from the vent position, press and hold the switch
forw ard . Releasing the switch will stop the movem ent of
the sunroof and the sunroof will rem ain in the partial
vent position until the switch is pushed forw ard again.
and the glass will autom atically stop at the comfort stop
position. Pressing the switch rearw ard again will fully
open the sunroof.
During the Express Open operation, any movem ent of
the switch will stop the sunroof and it will rem ain in a 3
partial open position. Again, momentarily pressing the
switch rearw ard will activate the Express Open Featu re.
NOTE: The power sunroof switches rem ain active for
up to 60 minu tes after the ignition switch has been turned
off. Opening either front door will cancel this featu re.
This featu re is program mable throu gh the Electronic
Vehicle Inform ation Center (EVIC) — If Equipped. Refer
to “Delay Pow er Off to Accessories Until Exit” und er
“Personal Settings” in the Electronic Vehicle Inform ation
Center section of this manu al for details.
To close the sunroof, hold the switch in the forw ard
position. Again, any release of the switch will stop the
movem ent and the sunroof will rem ain in a partial open
cond ition until the switch is pushed forw ard again.
The sunshad e can be opened manu ally. It will also open
as the sunroof opens. The sunshad e cannot be closed if
the sunroof is open.
Express Open Feature
The sunroof is equ ipped with an interm ediate stop or
comfort stop position. This featu re is designed to elimi-
nate wind buffeting at vehicle speed s betw een 20-40 mph
(32-64
km/ h). To operate this featu re, momentarily press
the switch rearw ard to activate the Express Open Featu re
