STARTING AND OPERATING
NOTE: For vehicles with optional wheel/ tire sizes and
significantly different tire placard pressu res, the placard
pressu re valu e and the low-pressu re threshold valu e is
re-p rogram mable at you r authorized dealer to accom mo-
date the custom er selected wheel/ tire combinations rec-
ommend ed by Daim lerChrysler.
LEFT FRONT, LEFT REAR, RIG HT FRONT,
RIG HT REAR LOW PRESSURE
One or more of these messages will be displayed in the
EVIC if a low tire pressu re cond ition exists in one or more
tires.
Insp ect all tires for prop er inflation pressu re, once the
prop er tire pressu re has been set, the TPM system
warning will reset autom atically when the vehicle has
been driven for at least 2 minu tes at or above 15 mph (24
km/ h).
The follow ing Љwarnings Љ will cause a text message to be
displayed , an audible chim e to sou nd and the tire pres-
sure Ind icator Lamp to illuminate. The audible chim e
will occur once every ignition cycle for each ЉwarningЉ
detected . The tire pressu re Ind icator Lamp will illumi-
nate continu ously (solid ) and shall rem ain illuminated
until the warning cond ition is rem oved / reset.
CHECK TPM SYSTEM
See you r authorized dealer when this message appears in
the EVIC. This message ind icates that a system fault
cond ition has been detected .
NOTE: The Ind icator Lamp will only illuminate for the
four active road tires. A low spare tire pressu re will not
cause the Ind icator Lamp to illuminate
When the approp riate cond itions exist, the Electronic
Vehicle Inform ation Center (EVIC) displays the follow ing
messages.
