electronic  data  stored ,  unless  ord ered to  download   data
by  a  court   with   legal  jurisd iction   (i.e.,  pursu ant  to   a

custod ial entity  upon  requ est. General  data  that  does  not
identify  particu lar vehicles  or crashes  may  be released  for
