Phone Call Features
The follow ing featu res can be accessed throu gh the
UConnect™ system if the featu re(s) are available on you r
cellular service plan. For exam ple, if you r cellular service
plan provid es three-w ay calling, this featu re can be
accessed throu gh the UConnect™ system . Check with
you r cellular service provid er for the featu res that you
have.
List All Names in the UCon nect™ Phonebook

Press the ’Phone’ button to begin.

After the ЉRead yЉ prom pt and the follow ing beep , say
ЉPhonebook List Names.Љ

The UConnect™ system will play the nam es of all the
phonebook entries.
Answer or Reject an Incoming Call - No Call
Curren tly in Progress
To call one of the nam es in the list, press the ЉVoice
Recognition’ button during the playing of the desired
nam e and say ЉCallЉ. NOTE: the user can also exercise
ЉEditЉ or ЉDeleteЉ operations at this point.
When you receive a call on you r cellular phone, the
UConnect™ system will interru pt the vehicle audio
system , if on, and will ask if you would like to answ er the
call. To reject the call, press and hold the ’Phone’ button
until you hear a single beep ind icating that the incom ing
call was rejected .

The UConnect™ system will then prom pt you as to
nu mber designation you wish to call.

The selected nu mber will be dialed .
If a call is currently in progress and you have another
incom ing call, you will hear the sam e netw ork tones for
call waiting that you norm ally hear when using you r cell
phone. Press the ’Phone’ button to place the current call
