Sou nd Horn with Rem ote Key Lock
When ON is selected a short horn sou nd will occur when
the rem ote keyless entry “Lock” button is pressed . This
featu re may be selected with or withou t the flash lights
on lock/ unlock featu re. Press and release the FUNC-
TION SELECT button when in this display until “ON ” or
“OFF” appears to make you r selection.
Head lam ps On With Wip ers (Availab le with Auto
Head ligh ts Only)
When ON is selected and the head light switch is in the
AUTO position, the head lights will turn on approxi-
mately 10 second s after the wipers are turned on. The
head lights will also turn off when the wipers are turned
off if they were turned on by this featu re. Press and
release the FUNCTION SELECT button when in this
display until “ON ” or “OFF” appears to make you r
selection.
Flash Ligh ts with Rem ote Key Lock
When ON is selected , the front and rear turn signals will
flash when the doors are locked or unlocked using the
rem ote keyless entry transm itter. This featu re may be
selected with or withou t the sou nd horn on lock featu re
selected . Press and release the FUNCTION SELECT
button when in this display until “ON ” or “OFF” appears
to make you r selection.
NOTE: Turning the head lights on during the daytim e
causes the instru ment panel lights to dim. To increase the
brightness, refer to “Lights” in this section.
Rain Sen sin g Interm itten t Wip ers — If Equipped
When ON is selected the system senses moistu re on the
wind shield and autom atically activates the wipers for the
driver. Press and release the FUNCTION SELECT button
Delay Turning Head lam ps Off
When this featu re is selected the driver can choose to
have the head lamps rem ain on for 0, 30, 60, or 90 second s
