TILT/TELESCOPING STEERING COLUMN
WARN ING!
Unlock the steering column by pulling out the hand le
located directly below the column. To tilt the column
move the steering wheel up or down as desired . To
lengthen or shorten the steering column pull out or push
in the steering wheel. Lock the steering column in
position by pushing the hand le in until it fully engages.
Do not adjust the steerin g wheel while drivin g. The
telescop ing adjustm ent must be lock ed while driv-
ing. Adjustin g the steerin g wheel while drivin g, or
drivin g with out the telescop ing adjustm ent lock ed
could cause the driver to lose control of the veh icle.

POWER TILT/TELESCOPING STEERING
COLUMN—IF EQUIPPED
The power tilt/ telescop ing steering column lever is lo-
cated below the multi-function lever on the steering
column. To tilt the column move the lever up or down as
desired . To lengthen or shorten the steering column pull
the lever tow ard you or push the lever away from you as
desired .
