The engine   block heater   warm s the  engine,  and  perm its
quicker   starts  in   cold  weather.   Connect   the  cord  to  a

veh icle   unatten  ded   with out    havin g   the   park  ing
brak e  fully   applied .  The  park  ing  brak e  should   al-
ways  be applied   when  the driver  is  not in the  veh icle,
esp ecially  on  an inclin  e.

Rem ember   to  discon  nect  the   cord   before   drivin g.
Damage   to the  110-115 Volt  AC electrical   cord  could
cause  electrocu tion .
CAUTIO N!
Never   drive   with   you r  foot  restin  g  on  the   clutch
pedal,  or attem pt  to hold  the veh icle on a hill  with  the
clutch   pedal   partially    engaged  ,  as  this   will  cause
abnorm  al wear  on  the  clutch.
Use the  heater  when  tem peratu res  below  0°F (-18°C) are
expected  to  last for  several  days.
