The DRIVE range can be selected when tow ing. How-
ever, if frequ ent shifting occurs while in this range, the
“O/ D OFF” featu re shou ld be selected .
NOTE: Using “O/ D OFF” while operating the vehicle
und er heavy operating cond itions will improve perfor-
mance and extend transm ission life by red ucing exces-
sive shifting and heat build up. This action will also
provid e better engine braking.
