Check  the  engine  coolant   (antifreeze)  freeze  point   in  equKeepipptheed frontwith  ofairthecondraditioning,iator  clean.keepIftheyoufrontr vehicleof  theis

contents   of the  coolant   recovery  bottle   must  also  be
protected   against  freezing.

Do not  change   the therm  ostat  for Summer   or  Winter
operation.    If  rep lacem ent  is  ever   necessary,   install
ONLY the  correct  typ e therm ostat. Other  designs  may
resu lt in unsatisfactory   cooling  perform ance,  poor  gas

If  frequ ent  engine  coolant   (antifreeze)   additions   are
requ ired , or if the level  in the  recovery  bottle does  not
drop  when  the engine  cools, the cooling  system  shou ld
be pressu  re-tested  for leaks.
