Thekeylessaccesstransmitter  isinthevehicle.
Thevehicle's hoodisopen.
Unlockeddoorscanbedangerous.
Thevehiclepersonalization  featureisnotenabled.

Passengers, especially children, caneasily
openthedoorsandfalloutofamoving
vehicle. Whenadoorislocked,thehandlewill
notopenit.Thechanceofbeingthrownoutof
thevehicleinacrashisincreased    ifthedoors
arenotlocked.So,allpassengers   should
wearsafetybeltsproperly  andthedoors
shouldbelockedwheneverthevehicleis
driven.
Anunauthorized vehicleentryoravehicletheft
wasattempted.
Ifyourvehiclehastheremotestartfeature,    thekeyless
accesstransmitter functions willhaveanincreased
rangeofoperation.  However,therangemaybeless
whilethevehicleisrunning.
Thereareotherconditions  whichcanaffectthe
performance ofthetransmitter,seeKeylessAccess
Systemonpage3‑4.
