HUDonthevehicle, yourHUDmayworklikeeitherof

WhenthePEDALAPPLIEDACCOVERRIDEmessage
displays, theaccelerator pedalisbeingpressedandthe
Adaptive CruiseControlisoverridden andcannot
automatically applythebrakes.Oncetheaccelerator
pedalisreleased, theAdaptive CruiseControlwill
returntonormaloperation andbeabletoapplythe
brakes,ifneeded.

TheHUDspeedometer willturnredwhenthe
vehiclespeedexceedsthespeedalertlimit.When
thevehiclespeedisatorbelowthealertlimitand
abovethepostedspeedoradvisory speed,the
speedometer turnsyellow.IftheSpeedAlert
settingintheDICissettoATLIMIT,the
AnAdaptive CruiseControlactivesymbol,alertsymbol
orvehicleaheadsymbolmayalsoappear.See
Adaptive CruiseControl on page 4‑15 formore
information.

soft,cleancloth.WipetheHUDlensgently,thendry.
Notice: Whencleaning, becarefulnottoscratchthe
HUDorcameralenses.Donotsprayglass cleaner
directly ontheHUDlensbecausethecleanercould
leakinsidetheunitandcausedamage.
