WithTwilightSentinel  thefollowing willhappen:

Whenitisdarkenoughoutside,   thefrontturn
signallamps(DRL)willgooff,andtheheadlamps
andparkinglampswillcomeon.Theotherlamps
thatcomeonwithheadlamps   willalsocomeon.
TwilightSentinel®canturnthelampsonandoffforyou.
.
Whenitisbrightenoughoutside,   theheadlamps
willgooff,andthefrontturnsignallamps(DRL)
willcomeon,aslongastheexterior    lampswitchis
intheoffposition.
Ifthevehicleisstartedinadarkgarage,theautomatic
headlamp systemcomesonimmediately.Oncethe
vehicleleavesthegarage,itwilltakeaboutoneminute
fortheautomatic  headlamp systemtochangetoDRLif
itislightoutside.  Duringthatdelay,theinstrument   panel
clustermightnotbeasbrightasusual.Makesurethe
instrument panelbrightness controlisinfullbright
position. SeeInstrument PanelBrightness on
page 4‑35 formoreinformation.
Alightsensorontopoftheinstrument    panelmakesthe
TwilightSentinel work,sobesureitisnotcovered.
Youcanidlethevehiclewiththelampsoff,evenwhenit
isdarkoutside.Firstsettheparkingbrakewhilethe
ignition isinOFF/ACCESSORY.Thenstartthevehicle.
Thelampswillstayoffuntiltheparkingbrakeis
released.
