Withtheseatcushionlowered,pushrearward    and
thenpressdownontheseatcushionuntilthe
springlocksonbothendsengage.
{WARNING:
Checktomakesurethesafetybeltsareproperly
routedandthatnoportionofanysafetybeltis
trappedundertheseat.Alsomakesuretheseat
cushionissecured.
Asafetybeltthatisnotproperly    routedthrough
theseatcushionoristwistedwillnotprovidethe
protection neededinacrash.Ifthesafetybelthas
notbeenroutedthroughtheseatcushionatall,it
willnotbetheretoworkforthenextpassenger.
Thepersonsittinginthatposition   couldbebadly
injured. Afterreinstalling theseatcushion, always
checktobesurethatthesafetybeltsareproperly
routedandarenottwisted.
RearUnderseatFuseBlock
1.
Bucklethecenterpassenger  position safetybelt,
thenroutethesafetybeltsthroughtheproperslots
intheseatcushion.  Donotletthesafetybeltsget
twisted.
Thereisafuseblocklocatedundertherearseatonthe
driversideandpassenger  sideofthevehicle.  Therear
seatcushionmustberemovedtoaccessthefuse
blocks.See“RemovingtheRearSeatCushion”listed
previously inthissection.

Slidetherearofthecushionupandunderthe
seatbacksotherear-locating  guideshookintothe
wireloopsonthebackframe.
Toaccessthefuses,pushinthetwotabs,thenliftthe
coveroff.
