Checktoseeifcoolantisvisibleinthecoolantsurge
tank.Ifthecoolantinsidethecoolantsurgetankis
boiling, donotdoanything  elseuntilitcoolsdown.
Ifcoolantisvisiblebutthecoolantlevelisnotator
abovetheFULLCOLD/FROID  line,adda50/50mixture
ofclean,drinkable  waterandDEX-COOL®coolantat
thecoolantsurgetank,butbesurethecoolingsystem
iscoolbeforethisisdone.
Thevehiclemustbeonalevelsurfacewhenchecking
thecoolantlevel.
Whentheengineiscold,thecoolantlevelshouldbeat
orabovetheFULLCOLD/FROID   lineonthesideofthe
coolantsurgetank.Followthearrowfromthetopofthe
tankdownthesidetothehorizontal    mark.Ifitisnot,
therecouldbealeakinthecoolingsystem.
Ifthecoolantislow,addthecoolantortakethevehicle
toadealer/retailer  forservice
Thecoolantsurgetankandpressure   caparelocatedon
thedriver's sideofthevehicle,  towardtherearofthe
enginecompartment. SeeEngineCompartment
