HeadlampHigh/Low-BeamChanger
Pushforwardontheturnsignal/multifunction   leverto
changetheheadlamps  fromlowtohighbeam.Pullthe
leverbackandthenreleaseittochangefromhighto
lowbeam.
Ifaftersignaling  aturnorlanechangethearrowflashes
rapidlyordoesnotcomeon,asignalbulbmaybe
burnedout.
Havethebulbsreplaced.  Ifthebulbisnotburnedout,
checkthefuse.SeeFusesandCircuitBreakerson
page6‑117.
Ifyouturnthevehicleoffwiththehighbeamson,the
nexttimeyoustartyourvehiclethelowbeamswill
beon.
TurnSignalOnChime
Tore-activate highbeams,pulllevertowardyouand
thenpushitforwardagain.
Iftheturnsignalisleftonforabout1mile(1.6km),a
warningchimewillsoundandtheTURNSIGNALON
messagewillappearontheDriverInformation    Center
(DIC)display.See“TurnSignalOn”underDIC
WarningsandMessages  on page 4‑76 formore
information.
Thislightonthe
instrument panelcluster
willbeon,indicating
high-beam usage.
