Securethevehicletothedollyfollowing    the
manufacturer's instructions.
Thedrivercanlosecontrolwhenpullingatrailerif
thecorrectequipment  isnotusedorthevehicleis
notdrivenproperly.Forexample,   ifthetraileris
tooheavy,thebrakesmaynotworkwell—or
evenatall.Thedriverandpassengers    couldbe
seriously injured. Thevehiclemayalsobe
damaged;theresulting  repairswouldnotbe
coveredbythevehiclewarranty.Pullatrailer    only
ifallthestepsinthissectionhavebeenfollowed.
Askyourdealer/retailer  foradviceandinformation
abouttowingatrailerwiththevehicle.

Useanadequate  clamping devicedesignedfor
towingtoensurethatthefrontwheelsarelocked
intothestraight  position.
Turntheignition  toLOCK/OFF.

flat‐bedtruckortrailer.
