MSG(Message) : Displays ifthecurrentRDSstation
hasamessage.  Themessagecandisplaytheartist,
songtitle,callinphonenumbers,   etc.Iftheentire
messagedoesnotdisplay,partsofthemessageappear
everythreesecondsuntilthemessageiscompleted.
MSGdisappears fromthedisplayoncethecompleted
messagehasdisplayed.
TA(TrafficAnnouncement)  : Displays when
thefeatureisturnedonandallowstheradioto
automatically seekradiostations thatbroadcast traffic
announcements.

Ifthecurrentradiostationbroadcasts   traffic
announcements thestationwillnotchange.

Ifthecurrentradiostationdoesnotbroadcast
trafficannouncements, theradioseekstothefirst
stationthatdoes.Iftheradiocannotfindastation
thatbroadcasts trafficannouncements, NoTraffic
displays.

Oncethemessagedisplays,  MSGdisappears fromthe
displayuntilanothernewmessageisreceived.

detectsasignalfromanRDSstationthathastraffic
announcement broadcast capability.
