LOCKDELAY
KEYLESSLOCKDELAY
Thisfeaturedelaysthelockingofthevehicle's    doorsfor
eightsecondsafterapowerdoorlockswitchorthelock
buttononthekeylessaccesstransmitter   ispressed.
Theeightseconddelayoccursafterthelastdooris
closed.Ifthekeylessaccesstransmitter   isleftinsideof
thevehicle, thedoorswillnotlock.
Thisfeatureallowsyoutoselectwhetherthedoors
automatically lockduringnormalvehicleexit.When
theignitionisturnedoffandalldoorsbecomeclosed,
thevehiclewilldetermine  howmanykeylessaccess
transmitters remaininthevehicleinterior.Ifatleastone
keylessaccesstransmitter  hasbeenremovedfromthe
interior ofthevehicle, thedoorswilllockafter

seconds.
Mode1:  ON(default)
Forexample, iftherearetwokeylessaccess
transmitters inthevehicleandoneisremoved,the
otherwillbelockedin.Thekeylessaccesstransmitter
lockedinthevehiclecanstillbeusedtostartthe
vehicleorunlockthedoors,ifneeded.Aperson
approaching theoutsideofthelockedvehiclewithout
anauthorized keylessaccesstransmitter,however,will
notbeabletoopenthedoor,evenwithatransmitter      in
thevehicle.
Mode2:   OFF
Toprogramthevehicletoadifferent    mode:

EnterthePERSONALSETTINGSMENUby
following theinstructions listedpreviously under
“
Entering thePersonal Settings Menu.”

Turnthetune/select  knobuntilLOCKDELAYis
highlighted.
Pressthetune/select  knobtoswitchbackandforth
betweenonandoff.
Youmaytemporarily  disablethepassivedoorlocking
featurebypressing  thedoorunlockswitchfor
threesecondsonanopendoor.Passivedoorlocking
willthenremaindisabled  untiladoorlockswitchis
pressedoruntilthepowermodetransitions    fromtheoff
powermode.
Whenthemodeisturnedon,acheckmarkwill
appearnexttothefeaturename.
Themodeyouselected  isnowset.Youcaneitherexit
theprogramming modebyfollowing  theinstructions
laterinthissectionorprogramthenextfeature
available onyourvehicle.
