Thismessagedisplays whentheenginecoolant
becomeshotterthanthenormaloperating temperature.

Toavoidaddedstrainonahotengine,theair
conditioning compressor isautomatically turnedoff.
Whenthecoolanttemperature returnstonormal,theair
conditioning compressor turnsbackon.Youcan
continue todriveyourvehicle.

thismessage.
Ifthismessagecontinues toappear,havethesystem
repaired byyourdealer/retailer assoonaspossible to
avoiddamagetotheengine.
ENGINEPOWERREDUCED
Thismessagedisplays whentheenginepowerisbeing
reducedtoprotecttheenginefromdamage.There
couldbeseveralmalfunctions thatmightcausethis
message.Reducedenginepowercanaffectthe
vehicle's abilitytoaccelerate. Ifthismessageison,but
thereisnoreduction inperformance, proceedtoyour
Thismessagedisplays whentheenginecoolant
temperature istoohot.Stopandallowthevehicle
