MovetheAdaptive CruiseControlswitch
fromRtoS.Holditthereuntilthedesiredsetspeed
isdisplayed intheHUD,thenreleasetheswitch.
Toincrease thesetspeedinsmallamounts, move
theswitchbrieflytoresume/increase. Eachtime
thisisdone,thevehiclesetspeedincreases by
about1.6km/h(1mph).

MakesurethesetspeedisvisibleontheHUDsoyou
knowthespeedyourvehiclewillaccelerate toifa
vehicleisnotdetected inyourpath.Keepinmindspeed
limits,surrounding trafficspeeds,andweather
conditions whenadjusting yoursetspeed.
Yourvehiclewillnotreachthesetspeeduntilthe
systemdetermines thereisnovehicleinfrontofyou.
Atthatpoint,yourvehiclespeedwillincrease tothe
setspeed.
IfyourvehicleisinAdaptive CruiseControlwhenthe
traction controlsystembeginstolimitwheelspin,the
Adaptive CruiseControlwillautomatically disengage.
