Remove 2 bolts and plain washers securing
hinge to mounting bracket.
Withdraw hinge.
FUEL FILLER FLAP
Service repair no - 76.10.25
Remove
Refit

Fit hinge and securely tighten 2 retaining bolts
Fit torsion bar, ensure secure location into
retaining clip and bracket.

Reverse removal procedure.

Open fuel filler flap.
Release 2 screws with plain washers.
Remove flap.
Refit

Fit flap, loosely fit screws.
Check outer profile of flap aligns with
wing[fender]. Adjust hinge flap in or out of
opening.
6.
Tighten screws.
