Disconnect battery negative lead.
1. Disconnect battery negative lead.

Disconnect lead from transmitter.
Remove transmitter, discard sealing washer if
fitted.
Refit

Remove access covers from radio.
Insert suitable radio removal tools e.g. SMD
Coat threads of replacement transmitter with
Loctite 572.
Fit a new sealing washer to transmitter.
Fit transmitter, connect lead.
Top-up cooling system.

into access holes.

Press removal tools to release radio.
Remove radio, disconnect radio aerial, CD aerial
and multiplugs from rear of radio.

Refit

Reverse removal procedure.
Reactivate radio code.
