WIPERS AND WASHERS
WASHER PUMP - WINDSCREEN OR TAILGATE

Remove
HEATED WINDSCREEN WASHER JETS
Service repair no - 84.10. 09.
Remove
NOTE: The thermostat will close at 4˚C æ
3˚C
and re-open at 10˚C æ 3˚C.

Disconnect battery negative lead.

Disconnect washer tubing from pump.
Disconnect electrical leads from pump.
Pull top of pump away from its location in
reservoir and remove pump. Note position of
sealing gasket in reservoir.
2. Disconnect electrical connection at plug.
Withdraw washer tube from jet.
4. Push jet upwards to remove from its mounting.

Refit

Remove washer jet mounting from bonnet[hood],
if necessary.
Reverse removal procedure.
Refit

Reverse removal procedure.
