FRONT BUMPER
7. Remove front spoiler assembly. See Front
Spoiler
Service repair no - 76.22.08
Service repair no - 76.22.41 - End cap
Remove

Release 2 clips and disconnect headlamp
washer pipes from âTâ piece. Plug pipe ends.
Remove 4 bolts securing bumper to chassis
frame.

Remove bumper assembly. Do not carry out
further dismantling if component is removed
for access only.

Release 2 clips and disconnect pipes from
headlamp washers.
End cap - each

Remove pipe and valve assembly.
Remove nut and washer and remove each
washer jet.

Remove screw securing bottom of end cap.
From inside, remove 2 nuts and bolts securing
top of end cap.

Refit

Tranfer components removed to new bumper.

Remove end cap.
Front bumper
Reverse removal procedure.
4.
Raise and support front of vehicle on safety
stands.

Remove radiator grille. See Radiator Grille
Remove engine undertray.
