HEATING AND VENTILATION
WATER VALVE
VACUUM SWITCH - WATER VALVE

Remove
Service repair no - 80.10.16
Remove

Disconnect vacuum pipe from water valve.
Slacken 4 clips securing hoses to water valve.
Use a thin blade to break seal between hoses
and nozzles

Disconnect heater inlet hose from valve.

Release emission pipe from retaining clip.
Remove bolt securing switch to bulkhead.
Disconnect multiplug from switch.
Disconnect 2 vacuum pipes and remove vacuum
switch.
NOTE: A quantity of coolant will be
released.

Disconnect heater outlet hose from valve.
Lever valve from coolant pipe hoses.
Refit

Refit

Reverse removal procedure.
Reverse removal procedure. Lightly lubricate
water valve nozzles with petroleum jelly.
Reverse removal procedure. Top-up engine
coolant
