sensesthatapersonofadultsizeissittingproperly in
therightfrontpassenger seat.
Whenthepassenger sensingsystemhasallowedthe
airbagstobeenabled, theonindicator willlightand
staylittoremindyouthattheairbagsareactive.
Forsomechildrenwhohaveoutgrown childrestraints
andforverysmalladults,thepassenger sensing
systemmayormaynotturnofftherightfrontpassenger
frontalairbagandseat-mounted sideimpactairbag,
depending upontheperson’sseatingpostureandbody
build.Everyone inthevehiclewhohasoutgrown child
restraints shouldwearasafetybeltproperly —whether
ornotthereisanairbagforthatperson.
