inflation pressureadjustment forhighspeed
operation. Whenspeedlimitsandroadconditions
aresuchthatavehiclecanbedrivenathigh
speeds,makesurethetiresareratedforhigh
speedoperation, inexcellent condition, andset
tothecorrectcoldtireinflation pressureforthe
vehicleload.
Example:
Youwillfindthemaximumloadandinflation pressure
moldedonthetire'ssidewall, insmallletters, nearthe
rimflange.Itwillreadsomething likethis:Maximum

Forthisexample, youwouldsettheinflation pressure
forhigh‐speeddrivingat38psi(265kPa).
