Storethetiresealantandcompressor   kitinits
original location.
Idlingavehicleinanenclosedareawithpoor
ventilation isdangerous. Engineexhaustmay
enterthevehicle.  Engineexhaustcontains
CarbonMonoxide (CO)whichcannotbeseen
orsmelled. Itcancauseunconsciousness  and
evendeath.Neverruntheengineinanenclosed
areathathasnofreshairventilation.    Formore
information, seeEngineExhaustonpage3‑34.
Ifthisvehiclehasatiresealantandcompressor     kit,
theremaynotbeasparetire,tirechangingequipment,
andonsomevehicles  theremaynotbeaplaceto
storeatire.
Thetiresealantandcompressor   canbeusedto
temporarily sealpunctures upto¼inch(6mm)inthe
treadareaofthetire.Itcanalsobeusedtoinflatean
underinflated tire.
{WARNING:
Over-inflating atirecouldcausethetiretorupture
andyouorotherscouldbeinjured.    Besureto
readandfollowthetiresealantandcompressor
kitinstructions andinflatethetiretoits
recommended pressure. Donotexceedthe
recommended pressure.
Ifthetirehasbeenseparated   fromthewheel,has
damagedsidewalls, orhasalargepuncture,   thetire
istooseverely  damagedforthetiresealantand
compressor kittobeeffective.  SeeRoadside Service
on page 8‑7.
