roomaroundthevehicle.  Itshouldbeparkedona
levelsurface.

Firmlyapplyboththeparkingbrakeandtheregular

Donotusetheaccelerator   pedal,andbereadyto
turnofftheengineimmediately   ifitstarts.
Bereadytoapplytheregularbrakeimmediately    if
thevehiclebeginstomove.

Trytostarttheengineineachgear.Thevehicle
shouldstartonlyinP(Park)orN(Neutral).     Ifthe
vehiclestartsinanyotherposition,   contactyour
dealerforservice.

Withtheengineoff,turntheignition    toON/RUN,
butdonotstarttheengine.Withoutapplying    the
regularbrake,trytomovetheshiftleveroutof
P(Park)withnormaleffort.Iftheshiftlevermoves
outofP(Park),contactyourdealerforservice.
