OnlyRKEtransmitters  programmed tothevehiclewill
work.Ifatransmitter  islostorstolen,areplacement    can
bepurchased andprogrammed throughyourdealer.
Whenthereplacement  transmitter isprogrammed
tothevehicle,  allremaining transmitters mustalso
beprogrammed. Anylostorstolentransmitters   no
longerworkoncethenewtransmitter   isprogrammed.
Eachvehiclecanhaveuptoeighttransmitters
programmed toit.SeeRELEARNREMOTEKEY
underDICOperation  andDisplaysonpage4‑61.
BatteryReplacement
ReplacethebatteryiftheREPLACEBATTERYIN
REMOTEKEYmessagedisplays  intheDIC.See
Toreplacethebattery:

Separate thetransmitter withaflat,thinobject
inserted intothenotch,locatedabovethe
metalbase.

Notice: Whenreplacing thebattery,donottouch
anyofthecircuitry  onthetransmitter.Staticfrom
yourbodycoulddamagethetransmitter.
2. Removetheoldbattery.Donotuseametalobject.
3.
Insertthenewbattery,positive   sidefacingup.
ReplacewithaCR2032orequivalent   battery.
4.
Reassemble thetransmitter.
