brakepadsforwearandevenlytightenwheelnutsin

Capacities andSpecifications onpage6‑114.
Thisvehiclehasdiscbrakes.Discbrakepadshave
built-in wearindicators thatmakeahigh-pitched
warningsoundwhenthebrakepadsarewornandnew
padsareneeded.Thesoundcancomeandgoorbe
heardallthetimethevehicleismoving,exceptwhen
applying thebrakepedalfirmly.
Brakelinings shouldalwaysbereplaced ascomplete
axlesets.
BrakePedalTravel

normalheight,orifthereisarapidincrease inpedal
travel.Thiscouldbeasignthatbrakeservicemightbe
required.
Thebrakewearwarningsoundmeansthatsoon

anaccident. Whenthebrakewearwarningsound
isheard,havethevehicleserviced.
BrakeAdjustment
Everytimethebrakesareapplied, withorwithoutthe
vehiclemoving,thebrakesadjustforwear.
