vehicle's tires,including thesparetire,forsignsof
wearordamage.SeeWhenItIsTimeforNew
Tiresonpage6‑69formoreinformation.
Tiresshouldberotated  every5,000to8,000miles
(8
000to13000km).SeeScheduled   Maintenance
on page 7‑3.
Thepurpose ofaregular  tirerotation istoachieve
auniformwearforalltiresonthevehicle.     Thiswill
ensurethatyourvehiclecontinues   toperform
mostlikeitdidwhenthetireswerenew.
Four‐TireRotationPattern
Ifyourvehiclehasacompact   sparetire,itshould
notbeincluded  inthetirerotation  process.
Usethefour‐tirerotation  pattern shown.
Anytimeyounoticeunusual   wear,rotateyour
tiresassoonaspossible   andcheckwheel
alignment. Alsocheckfordamagedtiresor
