Saythefirstdigittobestored.Thesystemwill
repeatbackthedigititheardfollowed    byatone.
Continue entering digitsuntilthenumbertobe
storediscomplete.
UsingtheDirectoryCommand
Thedirectory commandlistsallofthenametagsstored
bythesystem.Tousethedirectory    command:
1. Pressandholdbgfortwoseconds.Thesystem
responds with“Ready”followed byatone.
Ifanunwanted  numberisrecognized bythe
system,say“Clear”atanytimetoclearthelast
number.

Say“Directory”.Thesystemresponds   with
“Directory”andthenplaysbackallofthestored
nametags.Whenthelistiscomplete,    thesystem
returnstothemainmenu.
Tohearallofthenumbersrecognized    bythe
system,say“Verify”atanytimeandthesystem
willrepeatthem.

Afterthecomplete  numberhasbeenentered,  say
DeletingNameTags
“
Store”.Thesystemrespondswith“Pleasesaythe
nametag”followed  byatone.
Thesystemusesthefollowing   commands todelete
nametags:
Sayanametagforthephonenumber.Thename
tagisrecorded  andthesystemresponds
with“Abouttostore<nametag>.Doesthat
soundOK?”.
Delete
Deleteallnametags
UsingtheDeleteCommand
Ifthenametagdoesnotsoundcorrect,    say
“
No”andrepeatStep5.
Thedeletecommandallowsspecific   nametagstobe
deleted.
Ifthenametagsoundscorrect,   say“Yes”and
thenametagisstored.Afterthenumberis
storedthesystemreturnstothemainmenu.
Tousethedeletecommand:
1.
Pressandholdbgfortwoseconds.Thesystem
responds with“Ready”followed byatone.
2.
Say“Delete”.Thesystemresponds   with“Delete,
pleasesaythenametag”followed   byatone.
