Notice: Ignoringthesestepscouldresultincostly
damagetothevehiclethatwouldnotbecoveredby
thewarranty.
Extended Storage:Removetheblack,negative(−)
cablefromthebatteryoruseabatterytricklecharger.
JumpStarting
Tryingtostartthevehiclebypushingorpullingit
willnotwork,anditcoulddamagethevehicle.
Ifthevehicle's  battery hasrundown,youmaywantto
useanothervehicleandsomejumpercablestostart
yourvehicle. Besuretousethefollowing   stepsto
doitsafely.
1.
Checktheothervehicle.  Itmusthavea12-volt
batterywithanegative  groundsystem.
Notice: Iftheothervehicle's  systemisnota12-volt
systemwithanegativeground,bothvehicles    can
bedamaged. Onlyusevehicles  with12-voltsystems
withnegativegroundstojumpstartyourvehicle.
