If you see or smell fuel, do not reset the
switch or try to start you r veh icle. Have
all the passen gers get out of the veh icle
and call the local fire departm ent or a
tow ing service.
If you r engine cranks bu t does not start after a
collision or substantial jolt:

Turn the key in the ignition to LOCK.
Check und er the vehicle for leaking fuel.
If you do not see or smell fuel, push the red
reset bu tton dow n. If the bu tton is alread y
set, you may have a different mechanical
problem .
