Fad e control allow s you to ad just the sou nd
distribu tion betw een the front and rear
speakers. Pu sh the “AUDIO” bu tton
rep eated ly until the display read s “FADE.”
Pu sh the “+” sid e of the “VOL” bu tton to
shift the sou nd to the front speakers, and
push the “-” sid e to shift the sou nd to the
rear speakers.
NOTE: Illu minated bars in the disp lay show
relative levels of bass and treb le and
position s of speak er balan ce and fad er
function s after adjustm ents are made,
then revert to volu me level set.
Clock Operation
When in the rad io mod e, push the “CLOCK”
bu tton to switch from rad io frequ ency to clock.
Only the clock nu merals will be displayed in the
clock mod e — there is no A.M./ P.M. ind ication.
When in the clock mod e, the tim e will be
displayed until the bu tton is pushed again.
How ever, if you retu ne the rad io while it is in
the clock mod e, the new rad io frequ ency will be
displayed for ap proxim ately ten second s and
then change back to clock.
When in the CD mod e, push the “CLOCK”
bu tton to change the display from elap sed tim e
mod e to track nu mber mod e to clock mod e. If
the CD track selection is changed when you are
in the clock or elap sed tim e mod e, the new track
nu mber will be displayed for ap proxim ately ten
second s and then revert back to the previou s
mod e.
The clock can also be view ed with the ignition
off. Pu sh the “CLOCK” bu tton and the tim e will
be displayed mom entarily.
