For vehicles equ ipped with a dual locking mod e
retractor, use the follow ing proced ure.
If you choose to install a child safety seat or
infant carrier in the front seating positions, move
vehicle seat as far back as possible.
1.
Position the child seat in the center of the
passenger seat.
2.
Pu ll dow n on shou lder belt, then grasp
shou lder belt and lap belt together. See
Figu re 1.
