Steerin g Colu mn Con trols
The controls on the steering colu mn and wheel
are designed to give you easy access to the
controls while you are driving.
The Turn Sign al Lever
You can use the tu rn signal lever on the left sid e
of the steering colu mn to:
❑operate the tu rn signals
❑tu rn the high beam s on/ off
❑flash the lam ps

If the tu rn ind icator light in the instru ment
panel does not illuminate or rem ains on (doesn’t
flash) when you signal a tu rn, the tu rn signaling
system is malfu nctioning. Have this cond ition
corrected as soon as possible, bu t make sure that
you use the accep ted hand signals in the
meantim e.
